Exchange a launch code

For "Open in example app": your portal's launch link carries a one-time code (dgl_…). Your server exchanges it here, without an API key, for an access token (dgt_…) that acts as the key the link was made for, until expires_at (8 hours). Send it like a key: Authorization: Bearer dgt_…. Keep it on your server; the code works once and for 5 minutes.
This endpoint needs no API key: the signed link is the credential.

201 Created: The access token.

| 401 | launch_code_invalid | The code is unknown, already used, expired (5 minutes), or its key was revoked. Open the link from the portal again. |
Any endpoint can also return the common errors (bad key, rate limit, idempotency).
